Jamba Juice - Aiea

If I could give zero stars, I would due to the terrible service. It started with the guy taking our order, who seemed completely inattentive. Then, when the order arrived, it was incorrect. A lady with a nose piercing handled the situation poorly by carelessly tossing the wrong order into another bowl and starting to prepare the acai bowl. The service was just unacceptable.

The service was absolutely terrible. I ordered a large Aloha Pineapple, which I've always enjoyed at Jamba, and I've never been let down before. However, they handed me a drink that was just ice and strawberry, completely lacking any pineapple flavor. When I pointed out the mix-up and mentioned it was a medium instead of a large, they were exceedingly disrespectful, suggesting I could pour my drink into a larger cup and pay for another one. Upon checking the receipt, I discovered that the person who took my order had written "small" and charged me for a medium. All I wanted was a large Aloha Pineapple.

We had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. We arrived at 6 PM, and although the sign indicated that they closed at 8 PM, we felt unwelcome as the staff appeared to be focused on cleaning up rather than assisting us. After finally placing our order, we ended up receiving the wrong items, and there was no effort made to rectify the situation. The teenagers working there seemed frustrated, especially when another online order came in. Overall, I wish we had chosen a different restaurant.

Excellent service, staff always willing to help you. Our juices were delicious. Enjoy this delight. Totally recommended.

Received someone else?s drink order, missing 2 of 3 drinks, missing 1 of 3 breakfast sandwiches. Delivered via Uber. The driver was somewhat rude, and the store didn?t answer when I called.
