On Vastrapur Lake area this is good place for North Indian food.<br/ Don't expect too much.<br/ It's good.. Never disappointed us.<br/ Visited 5 to 6 times in last 8 to 10 years.<br/ Food quality consistent.<br/ We always prefer unlimited meals here.<br/ Tomato soup.. Nice<br/ Starters. Machurian dry. Good<br/ Main course.. A rooftop location with a lake-view and decent ambience overall.<br/ Once I went to Maruti restaurant with friends and it's going to take time as it was weekend.<br/ <br/ After waiting for some time, we decided to go to some other place but it was already late so we have look some place which is nearby. At that moment we noticed that on the same floor is another restaurant which is City lake.<br/ <br/ We were hungry and tried so we thought let's give it a try. We went inside the restaurant and it was a rooftop location from where you can see a nice view of the vastrapur lake. As it was too cold we went inside the restaurant. The ambience is also good and there was not much crowd there hence not much noise either.<br/ <br/ As we all were fed up we didn't see the menu and asked the waiter is there any fixed dinner in the menu? To which he replied, Yes! we do! We ordered the same. After some time, the dish came was served and without wasting a moment we attacked the meal.<br/ <br/ Talking about taste, we found the taste was pretty good and the quantity was for an average individual. There was 2 sabji, 3 naans, 1 buttermilk, salad, jeera rice and daal.<br/ <br/ Food and service are not excellent but definitely above average. Also, the price was affordable. The view of lake from hotel is great and the taste of food is awesome guys If you want great meal go for it and fill your stomach with city lake unlimited menu

Amazing experience.<br/ Starting with ambience, it was very appreciative and beautiful as it is a rooftop facing Vastrapur Lake, this in itself adds a li'l something to the place. <br/ Moving on to food, it was average. We had an unlimited dinner course which constituted of soup, starter, main course and dessert.<br/ The starter in form of harabhara kabab were good but macroni with pineapple was disappointing.<br/ Main course had paneer butter masala which was quite average and naan that were not too soft, but dal tadka and jeera rice were good. <br/ Dessert was a choice of icecream which was satisfying.<br/ Service was ok, not upto the mark.<br/ Overall: Ambience:4/5, <br/ Food: 2.5/5,<br/ Service: 3/5

New city lake restaurant.It was Sunday evening. Bt almost empty restaurant.We choose for unlimited dinner.And its was good.All food item, soup to desert was good.Service is also fast.Decent interior.Surely visit again.
