Let me tell you about our experience at this restaurant in just 1 hour. My 5-year-old son approached the waiter and asked where to sit, but the waiter didn't notice us. His response to my son's innocent question was "who is this?" It was quite upsetting, but we didn't say anything. Then our plates were brought out, and the waiter noticed a dirty dish on one of them. He picked it up with his fingernail and served it to us. When we asked for a beer, he opened it with a lighter as if we were at a park. Overall, the service was unacceptable and we were very disappointed. If I were the owner, I would remove the staff member who claimed to be the waiter from their position.
