Not easy to find vegan food in this city. Green house has many vegan options on its menu and the staff is very ready to help with changes to meals. The place itself is very nice and the staff was very friendly.
Great find for lunch in Aguas Calientes after touring Machu Picchu all morning! Thanks Happy Cow! Had the quinoa soup to start (it’s huge and full of veggies, so good to share) and Vegan Saltado (mushrooms, veggies, over brown rice in a light sauce). All amazing. Bonus points because water was in glass.
Was quite surprised to find this restaurant that served vegan options. I have the quinoa burger with bratkartoffeln, which was delicious! would recommend
