Sal De Mar - Aguadilla

Unfortunately my experience was not great and very disappointed. we order 2 appetizers that we have never received we order 4 plates and we only received 3. I recommend this place not unless they like mediocre service.

Christmas Day Catastrophe! we waited half an hour for a drink, and we didn't taste it because we had to wait after half an hour. the waitress never came to the table again, we had to find her to tell her we were gone. the service was terrible.

Started with Pina Colada and ceviche with plaintain chips. The chips were stale and hard as a rock. The ceviche was flavorless, took a bite or two, that’s all I could stomach. Pina Colado was watery and nothing special. Main course was chuleta with mofongo. Chuleta was extremely tough and I think the chef may have dropped the bottle of salt into the pot while he was making the mofongo, never tasted anything so salty in my life, wasn’t even edible. The waitress who didn’t understand English, had the audacity to hand me a plastic fork and knife for a $24 entree. One of the worst dining experiences in quite some time.

We had a great dinner in sal de mar! shortly before sunset, while it was pouring, but the skier brightened up to give us a great sunset with delicious drinks (pina coladas and mojitos) before really solid entrees. would definitely recommend and would go back if we are next in western puerto rico.
