Sonic Drive-in

We waited for 27 min. Took them forever to take our order. Then forever to bring it. All we ordered was a drink, corn dog, tots and pretzel. The pretzel was hard and cold. The tots and corn dog were cold as well and the tots were so greasy.

Order BBQ Chicken which is the #12 on the menu they bring this joke out. I could’ve done better with one packet of BBQ. This is the newer sonic in town the old one is a hundred times better than this one. There is something like this that happens every single time I come here. I will not come back would leave 0 stars if I could. Horrible.

I haven't been to this store for lunch for a few weeks now and I came back today just to get kinda talked down to by the manager. So they got my order wrong and I called them back saying that it wrong, someone came back and got the order and asked what was wrong, we told her that we asked for it to be plain and it wasn't. She took it in and we waited for a few minutes and then the manager comes out with the corrected order and said her worker claimed we was always saying that the order was wrong everytime i come. Talked about wasting food like it was my fault that they got my order wrong. This is the first time I have had issues with my order at this site. Thanks to this little visit I will not be returning. They have lost my respect.

Last night was the 3rd time in a little under a month that my wife have stopped at this location before or after work, each time they either have something missing that I specifically order either there or through the app or completely got our order wrong. Then it takes 20-30 minutes when it's only like 4 vehicles waiting, and when you call to check on your food through the speaker, they have an attitude, they bring the food to you and the ice is already melting in your drink and food is cold so it's been sitting a while. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible management, will not be coming back to this location until things change.
