Panda Express

I went to panda earlier today thru the drive thru… everything was okay until IGot my order I ordered a plate with fried rice and double beef broccoli… just look at the picture and tell me what you thinkBecause I was quite annoyed paying full price for basically half of what a plate is… and yes the plate was upright in the bag and stayed that way until I got home…

Online order completed at 6:07. Said it would be ready at 6:30. Finally got the order at 7:05. Several others went in and got their food while they didn’t have ours ready. They didn’t apologize. They said it was our fault because we decided to wait. Decided to wait? It was paid for. They didn’t wait to take the money online. I know my little money won’t bother them but that’s the last they will get from me.

I ordered a Beef and Broccoli bowl with chow mien. Got home with the food and opened it up and there is only fragments of beef in my bowl but whole piece of broccoli. How could you make this and think it was okay?

Terrible experience. Workers standing around not knowing what to do. I stood in line 10 minutes. First In line. I eat at panda often usually good and fast. I had to leave this time.
