Chipotle Mexican Grill

Stuck for 45+ minutes in the Chipotlane with no way out. Got to the window only to learn they were missing most ingredients, chips, etc. Do yourself a HUGE favor and don?t consider coming here on game day weekends ? as much as I love Chipotle elsewhere, this location needs improvement in many areas before I?d recommend dining here or placing a to-go order.

I placed my order on the Chipotle app, paid for it, and it was scheduled to be ready for pick up at 6:50 PM. I got in the drive-through line at about 642, the line was long, and at a standstill. After about 15 minutes, I decided to go inside to pick up my food, now that it was well past 650. When I got there, my food was not ready, and I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. Online order assembly station was stocked with toppings. Dine in assembly station wasn?t. We were told online order station was priority. Certainly didn?t feel right. Same for chips and queso. None for dine in customers, lots for online orders. Just got a burrito with limited toppings and went on my way. Still scratching my head at that explanation.

I was excited to see a Chipotle here! Placed my 3 orders for bowls to go. Got home and the rice in all bowls (both brown and white rice) was way undercooked. Couldn't really eat it. The other meats, beans, guacamole, sauces were very good. Check the rice first before you mix your bowl up! I'll definitely give them another try. Service was standard friendly and a little hurried even though I was the only one in line.

I?m so disappointed and concerned to see such a poor rating of a place like chipotle. It?s a new addition to the town and maybe the staff were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm that people showed, and was not ready to handle that!! I?m sure that might be the only clarification.
