Best place for ice cream around. With lots of ice cream and topping selections, Scoops Cafe offers the best variety around. They have flavors you won't find anywhere else and have fairly good prices. They are always kind and friendly when you show up. It is a local business that I am prou to support and highly recommend if you are looking for the best quality ice cream around.
