China Star - Agawam

Many Chinese restaurants are disappointing, but this one stands out as the best in Agawam. The food is consistently delicious!

This restaurant is a cozy spot for a quick meal. The food surpassed many other small Chinese takeout places I've tried. Everything was cooked perfectly, without an oily texture. I ordered the chicken in garlic sauce dinner, which came with a nicely cooked basic egg roll and pork fried rice. The chicken was accompanied by a great variety of well-prepared vegetables. The sauce was enjoyable, though it had a different flavor from any garlic sauce I’ve had before. Overall, I was very pleased and my expectations were exceeded. I would definitely return.

I really like this place! I'm new to the area, and the lady who runs it is very nice. It's hard to find a good Chinese restaurant, but this one is definitely among the best. I won't be eating out here too often, but I plan to come once or twice a month.

I ordered a trip here a few times after I wasn't thrilled with the nearby buffet. I get a pupu and fried rice, nothing special. I like eating and greeting the kind I have ever got. I recommend it.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. during the beginning of the pandemic they were closed and I had to try out other places. it was painful that the other could not keep a candlestick on china star. my man and I fall over $100 each time because the food quality is so good. we like to get a bit of everything. also the rest are amazing the next day. You always know what to expect. I had to come along and write this review, because I had just Chinese food for the 2nd time in a month from somewhere different from here not from the choice, but because I had to work in jumpfield and) and it was absolutely terrible for the point where I was just gone. I just want china star to know they're appreciated. I wish they had delivered so I never had to order from another place.
