We came for our jubilee. they told about our jubilee and asked for a really nice room with king bed. the room was pretty bad. while we were there, we had to see another room that was empty, that was twice as big and away was nicer and newer and more spacious and fresher and cleaner. pretty disappointing. we arrived early and spent time and money in the swirl bar and then we ate in their fine restaurant before place and also booked a brunch cruise through them. during booking, arrival and during dinner we told them that it was our jubilee. disappointed that they cannot compose is a glass wee or dessert or not part of the bottle champagne that we bought over dinner. I will say that the people there were all very nice and accommodating. the food was also delicious!

Afton house of smoke! all about our stay was disappointing. the website hyptes this place up, only for them in the face will be smashed with a hard reality. a bevelled old bed they want to hold by adding a topper, a jacuzzi barely large enough for a person, old (not antique) wobbly furniture - only all very outdated and cleaned out. website also claims our room had a flow view more like a harbour view and we could not even enjoy that from our room because there are a parking lot going under our balcony. the room was also very loud because it was above its kitchen area. our last complaint is with the deception of the website regarding the spa package we thought we got. her website says it's $195 plus the cost of her room that we're okay with and clicked add just to find that we don't add a thing except for some cakes on the bill and had to add an additional $240 for the hour massage that we get. then we got the massage. the two ladies were good sports, but we had to literally pull most furniture in our tiny room on the bed or in the bathroom to fit, and even then it was a tight squeeze. When we asked georgie about the surprise fee we just met, she treated us as if we were idiots who didn't know she had a final in sucking people. very stunning. oh, and the breakfast part of this bed and breakfast. skip! her omelette is only rührei with cheese, if we did not want or ask, sausage links and toast. had to go into the bar area and pick my own salt and pepper to thrive what I could, and ate my toast level, like the two strawberry jams that left her with us both were brown and cramped. we will come back to the opposite, just never again into this inn.

I have my family standing on the current stand in the afton house inn for motherday brunch buffet. terrible! especially for $35/pp the “Eggs Benedict” (yes, with citations because it definitiw not eggs benedict was a piece toast cut in quarters with super thin Canadian speck. instead of a fried egg, they had a tiny square of congealed (probably powdered) rührei, which was about the size of a cheese cube. really weird! more than ghetto benedict the buffet should have laughs. they had blue kist instead. how is this on par with salmon the baked and desserts were all delicious, inexpensive, commercially produced products. like the kind you get the free breakfast in the holiday inn express. I don't care for commercial baked goods! some are exceptional! that were not all on the buffet was always overhauled and they took forever the empty pfannen refilling our server was nice enough, but we found that they never asked how to eat. we can see why. had I mentioned the rührei on the fired buffet because I overfilled the starodoses under it? had been afraid, but we all laughed. it was just the perfect end of a bad meal. overall, an extremely lack of Luster experience and we will not return. the environment!

Had a lackluster Easter buffet.At at a cost of $32.00 each,beverages were separate and the food was comparable to Old Country Buffet.Rolls and fruit was hard.Meat was mediocre.The roast beef was the only good meat.There were only 2 different desserts and when asked about it,they brought out more. They did not look fresh.20%was added to bill automatically.I will not go again
