The breakfast sandwiches at this restaurant are fantastic! I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, even during peak hours. The one time I had an issue with my food, they corrected it right away and even gave me a free dessert. The staff is always friendly and apologetic, making sure your experience is enjoyable. I highly recommend getting breakfast, lunch, or coffee here.

I am disappointed with this restaurant. They do not allow customers to enter the lobby and instead make you wait outside. Even after receiving a message that my order is ready for pick up, I still had to wait in a very long and slow-moving line. The staff were not friendly and it doesn't matter how nice the place looks. Customers who use DoorDash shouldn't have to wait for their orders. I had a bad experience here and had to wait in a line on the street for a DoorDash order that I should have been able to pick up inside. This place is terrible!

I ordered a mocha ice cap and waited at the window for 6 minutes. The drink was overcrowded and spilled all over the outside of my car, on the inside, and on my lap. I didn't receive any napkins either. The cream and chocolate in the drink were missing, but it turned out to be a good thing because I didn't have to clean that up too. This wasn't the first issue I've had at this restaurant, but it was definitely the worst. I will not be returning.

I bought 2 wurstei and cheese cookies and she forgot the meat. on both. bummer

This was my first time ever visiting Tim Horton's. The doughnuts were fresh and delicious. They had a great smoothie as well!!
