Good food always get the signature bravo burger with fries and a drink the staff is nice and quick with getting orders out. The experience was quite good overall. My carnitas burrito was really delicious, though a bit heavy. On the plus side, it was made with homemade ingredients. Just a note, this isn’t a fault of the restaurant, but Google Maps doesn’t direct you to the correct entrance; it suggests a way that doesn’t actually give you access.

Worst customer service experience ever! The drive-thru line was backed up because of a wrong order, and the staff took an incredibly long time to fix it. I ended up being late for work and didn't even get my burrito—there was no time for me to wait anymore. I called and spoke to a staff member named Jadira, who informed me that the owner wasn't available. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me that there wasn't one on duty either. Then, Jadira had the audacity to ask, "What do you want?" Excuse me?! Is that really your idea of customer service? I explained that I was stuck in the drive-thru and late to work because they couldn't manage the order correctly, and she argued with me, claiming that the customer kept changing her order. That was a complete lie! They kept messing it up. I told her that they owed me a burrito and that I wouldn't be paying for it. She basically replied that they didn't owe me anything. I said I would see if the owner felt the same way. We shall see!

I will never return to this restaurant. We visited the location in Victorville on October 25, 2022, around 5 PM, and we were overcharged by $0.30 for each burger compared to the price posted on the menu. The burgers were advertised at $5.99, but we were charged $6.29. Unfortunately, the burgers we received were inedible; they had been left under the heat lamp for too long, resulting in rock-hard buns. We couldn't go back to address the issue because we took our order to go.
