One of my friends was here and he ordered the whole menu before he came with me, so he ordered what he thinks the best in the current menu... and I am very pleased with the food... the bite size snowed corn and pig bits are my favorite, as they really have some trouble in the filling that they simply mix so well when you put the whole piece in the mouth... Warning: there are some juicy in the pig bits, the pig pee, the people that you want to drop so well that you want to drip so well, the one you want, the one you want, the one you want, the one you want, the... So let it cool before you put the whole thing in your mouth... a note: The food needs time to cook so that its a fair bit wait and the potion of food are not great, do not go there if you are a big eater or super hungry...
Excellent presentation of foods with well balanced and interesting flavors. We went to lunch on Friday and found the restaurant quiet. The staff were friendly, attentive, without overlaid, knowledgeable. We ordered to share the Scallop-Sashimi, grilled baby octopus and the vegetable tempura. The Scallop sashimi was excellent. The taste of the grilled baby octopus was divine, but the score of this dish was reduced due to the chewiness of the octopus (it had to be further tender). The herbal tempura was perfect. The dough was crispy and not oily at all. Put your hands down the best pace I've eaten. For dessert, we had the coconut blower and the Calpis Soda Gelee. Both were exceptional and beautifully presented. We'll be customers again.
We came to drink before a group dinner. Service was excellent. The employees were professional, they are really sharp and well presented. The staff really looked great to fit with smiles. There was no table service for us and glasses were not deleted, but we were just an hour or so, so it wasn't too bad. We definitely go back to Electra.
Loved the service, food was very tasty and well presented, flavours great
Everything we had was a variation on incredible! 3/4 dishes were quite light and perfect for the summer weather. All of them full of flavour and a great mix of textures. I highly recommend Level One to anyone looking for delicious Asian cuisine. Best to be prepared to share so you can taste more! I can't say enough about the: Korean Tong Ho Salad jellyfish, coriander, enoki, woodear mushroom $17). If all salads tasted like this I'd never eat anything else! Love the use of the 2 mushrooms photo included). Veal Tataki soy, savoy cabbage, green mango $25). Full of flavour, not heavy at all. Char grilled eggplant black tea bouillon, umami crunch $16). I could have had 2 more plates of this, so wonderfully caramelised that an offering to the gods must have been made. Salmon Aburi salmon tartare, crispy rice, shiso $25). This dish was the heaviest of them all, but still light by most standards. The crispy rice is very fun and added a great texture photo included). We also had the sweet potato cheesecake which was fun to try but the only dish I wouldn't immediately order again. Although I could enjoy a full bowl of the accompanying yoghurt ice cream. Drinks: My Gun, My Gin fun and good for summer but not a re order. Green Tea Cooler refreshing, sweat but not sickly, minty. Hard Pink Lemonade best of the three, sweat, refreshing and fun.
