One of the lady staff there was very rude. We ordered two serves of Pho, but she only served us one plate of herbs.  When I asked for another one, she said that the serve of herbs was already meant for two.  Mind you, it was not my first time ordering Pho from the shop, so I knew that this was not the case.   I did not know that the price for mint, coriander, mint and bean sprouts have increased drastically these days - to the point where they were so STINGY with the herbs! Oh yeah, the Pho broth was so oily and tasteless today.  I'm currently having an upset stomach now - sheer coincidence?!  Probably not going to order Pho from them again!

All time favourite place to get Beef Pho (noodle soup). The service is always lovely and prompt and once you've tried that heavenly broth you won't want to eat pho anywhere else

Very rude staff, asked to have a cold roll without coriander and was told that's how not how cold rolls are done. Also ordered broken rice small portion for the price and VERY salty crispy pork. Goto Soonta in Rundle Place, much friendlier staff and much better food

Well.. I will be honest, it wasn't that expensive.  A bit over ten bucks and I can get some pho, because I normally love Vietnamese food and there are some great places around town..More on the Gouger St side, but I wasn't planning to walk there.   Now the issue I have here is I order a large pho and it comes served up with some sort of chicken fritz (or reclaimed chicken), so basically I ask.. 'guys can you please take this out and give me some more beef instead, because this is not real meat'.  He asks me if I would like Pork and I say 'sure'  So the waiter takes the bowel and a few minutes later comes back.  Now check out the photo added.  I get this pork and not only is there hardly any meat in it, but there is all this hog hair as well.. like come on guys at least you could have shaved the pig first ;)   I wasn't that hungry by then, but I had to eat a bit anyway.

Stopped in after a busy shopping day and found the place comforting. Service was extremely quick and my chicken bun bowl did not dissapoint. Would have rated higher but there is so much competition for Asian cuisine in the mall
