Etica : Ethical Pizzeria e Mozzarella Bar

Do not often leave negative reviews with my family in the hospitality, but had to here. shocking rude service. I had a reservation for 18:30. I had let them know 1 hour in advance that we were 15 minutes too late and that we would keep the table please....They gave me their word they would. at the arrival we were told by the male waiter unmistakably that they gave away our table, as we missed our booking of 6:30 o'clock. he mentioned that the turnaround time would not be long. After we wait a few minutes, we asked politely how long the turnaround could be and was rudely said I can't tell them when they get up and go. we expected a little more. we then decided to go and let them know that we were disappointed in the service as we had made a booking and let them know in advance and leave a review. we were then told abruptly and repulsively to do our best in hostile wise. never before treated in a restaurant. not sure whether he had a bad day or stressed, but whatever it was, they do not bring it to a customer service-oriented work. when you look at other critikens, the rude service, schnarchic comments and lack of accountability is obviously a common trend here.

We have a table for 8 around 19 clocks, which we arrived on time, booked and communicated to the table will be available at 7.15. we ordered the entire pizza option. for $38 the 1 st pizza came after 1 st 25 minutes. the waitress who served us was rude and made us feel that the debt was ours, because you could make only 3 pizzas a time. all they can eat is one, as they don't serve them unlimited pizza, it's just a trick. we are very disappointed by this experience that eating can be good, but what is the point when they treat customers as mist. there are more better restaurants in adelaide that have good customer service and worth their customers

What a shame. I have booked this restaurant for a special occasion based on the vibe and the eating for which this restaurant is known. the front of the host offered only the perfunctory of greetings, although we had booked. a vage geste to...more tables was offered. it has not improved. Why do they invest so much in the dining room if the staff does not care? the food was excellent. but the sounding impression was that we didn't do anything.

We had an opportunity to eat in etica tonight. fredrico and his team have taken care of our needs. a table of 10 hungry men can have his challenged, but the team made our night. the pizzas and pasta dishes were excellent. they even took care of the vegetarians in our group with well prepared and thoughtful things. great job boy.

Great pizzas. I was placed next to the oven Abd could see the master work. Loved it. Just a reservation on the anchovies on the side, but it’s OK. I went for Baba au Rum for dessert. Nice. Different from the French way but nice....Great to have the rum bottle aside to rehydrate the baba.
