Cafe Bang Bang - Adelaide

Service excellent. Staff friendly. 10-15 minute wait no matter what you order even if they're chockablock. Coffee very good. Warm atmosphere - hard to describe why it's so nice but it is. Minor gripes: menu is small, tables are rustic, bacon is American thin style... and uh... who am I kidding - this place was great. 5/5 from me.

We came here for a light luncheon. We were served by staff the two staff members who were there. I was impressed by their efficiency and friendly service. Thank you guys. The only recommendation I would like to make is have the pot system as well for tea.

I'm really surprised that the ratings aren't higher here. I come in frequently to grab a coffee as it's close to where I work and it's always been exceptional. The staff have always been so friendly and kind. Their food is hard to resist, their crumbed chicken wrap (toasted), their eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce, their smoked salmon bagels, or my favourite... the mushroom and haloumi sliders are amazing, I'd get them all the time but I think they have been taken off the menu now. Plus their cheesecake slice and macaroons are always lovely. Always a pleasant experience here although there was once where my coffee was either forgotten about or skipped over and it was a bit of a long wait, but the lady working here of Asian descent brought my coffee out asap after I'd mentioned this to her along with a free little brownie/fudge as an apology. Plus she apologised about that for a while afterwards every time I came in, and now almost each time she sees me she gives me another tiny little fudge for free. Very attentive staff and food/coffee is always a delight. I love coming in on my breaks and sitting in this little rustic gem with my coffee and a good book.

Where to start My hubby and I came here from Melbourne for the Australia Day long weekend First of all- we got handed menus and told to sit wherever - would it have been too much to ask to be seated appropriately and give us the menu once seated - where is the service Next- No water offered. upon asking - no glasses available !? Got take away cups to fill ourselves Food took 45 minutes !! No apology Food was oily and salty and expensive for what it was Coffee was average On a positive - they were open and decor is not bad
