If I could have gone into the kitchen and hug the chefs tonight, I would have.

The first thing I loved about 2KW was the adventure just to get there.

Highly recommend 2KW! We had a lovely lunch there on Sunday and the waiter looked after us so well, he even bought me a bandaid when he noticed my heel was bleeding! As a coeliac, it’s hard to find places that do good gluten free food with more than a few options and even though there weren’t any GF desserts on the menu, our waiter made sure I was looked after and had one made especially for me The food, wine and cocktails were all amazing

I went here with my partner last night to celebrate our anniversary, and did 2kw deliver we were seated to a nice table next to the fireplace and served straight away with our drinks, we decided to have the very well priced (let us feed you) we had a selection of four dishes staring with the beef tartare which was the best beef tartare I’ve ever had it was perfectly balanced, and our personal favourite cherry smoked lenswood duck with celery leaf, pear and pickled walnut which was better then a 3 hat restaurant in Melbourne’s duck! This has got to be the best restaurant I’ve eaten at in a long time thankyou to the amazing chefs and front of house staff for making my partners and my night one to remember and another thanks to the chefs for the complementary macaroons it most definitely made our night!
