After I left, I realized my hash browns weren't in my bag, so I turned around and went back. They immediately apologized and offered me two fresh, large hash browns that were meant for a drive-thru customer. They quickly prepared another batch for that customer and had me on my way in no time. They apologized once more, but I reassured them it was no problem; I was just happy to receive them, and they tasted fantastic. Now that's what I call great customer service!
