I have tried to give this franchise achance due to the closeness, but I don't waste money especially if they don't appreciate the accuracy of ordering and minimal customer service.
Unbelievably nice staff! They made sure that my father and I were quickly served and corrected a small mistake quickly without fee, with smiles on their faces! amazing personal, good eating! thank you!
A large order for delivery. after an hour we call to check the order (as, where is it already. how long it takes to the microwave a few wings). They said they gave it to someone who claimed to be with doordash. have they confirmed that he was at doordash and not any random guy? No, because the workers are lazy and incapable. here is the kicker, they would not exchange the order or repay our money. when I go to a restaurant, eat and not pay, that is a crime. but if I order to eat, pay for it and eat it doesn't get, somehow that's okay? I have done this, eat somewhere where people who have brains, these people are worthless, not sure how the people who work there are going through their day. who knows, maybe they have help from someone who can think. the good news is that I never have to go there again. a lot of luck with this type of service.

This is probably the worst Wingstop franchise in the Chicagoland suburbs. The workers are rude, they are dirty and work without gloves, and they jabber on their cellphones and earpieces loudly while ignoring you at the counter.
