Rosati's Pizza - Addison

Exceptional customer service ???? food is always delicious. Can't go wrong with this place.

Somehow I ordered a pizza through the rosatis app and it went to their location instead of my local rosatis. I started on my local rosatis homepage but the location changed at some point that I was unaware of. I tried to explain this to the manager buthe said I still had to pay because it wasn?t his fault but it?s your app. Then he told me that it?s only 25 dollars and that hehas to explain it to his boss. Well tell him it?s only 25 dollars like you told me.

I loved the pizza and wings. The owner I believe it was had great customer service. Such a nice guy. Honestly great place.

They are great, the pizza and the crust is sooooo good. And they have great service and fast service.

Great customer service! I just received a pick up order of a fairly large amount of food, the gentleman who provided me with my order was so sweet by holding the door open for me as well as getting the car door for me. He definitely went above and beyondand I wish I got his name so he could get the recognition.
