This will be my last visit to this location. The location is terrible. I placed a mobile order for a 5 piece meal for 2 people. When I arrived and gave them my mobile order number, they instructed me to park and wait for them to bring the food out. However, the drive-thru fence was open, making it difficult to access the front of the store. After waiting a few minutes, the food was finally brought to my car, but I only received 4 pieces of chicken instead of 5. This kind of mistake happens every time I come here. They also offered me mashed potatoes in a carton instead of a cup. This will definitely be my last time visiting this place.

REGULARLY out of fried chicken. I mean its all they make right? Tonight out of ALL chicken light, dark, regular and crispy an entire 20 minute wait. Pfffft

My husband and I ordered the Ghost pepper wings, chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, fries, and biscuits.The wings had a good amount of meat on them. They had a nice crunch exterior and tender interior. The breading on the chicken tenders is amazing! Their chicken sandwich is by far the BEST! We loved their mac and cheese, fries, and biscuits too. Everything came out fresh and hot. The service was quick and friendly. We'll for sure be returning!

Dear owner of this establishment, please be more selective in choosing your employees. Since this place opened, there have been some questionable individuals working here, with the exception of a very friendly Latin lady. However, on my recent visit, I encountered a woman with a nose ring who was serving poorly to all the clients, including myself. Her behavior was erratic and concerning, and I believe it would be best to let her go before she drives away all your customers.
