Little Caesars Pizza - Addison

My father ordered a pizza and the pepperoni one had a long hair on it. It was very disgusting, so we decided not to eat it because we were grossed out. I tried calling the restaurant three times, but no one picked up. Very frustrating.

I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend and a friend, who were told that the lobby closed at 8pm even though my mobile order stated the hours were until 9pm and there were people still inside. When my boyfriend approached the door, they hurried to lock it in front of him and pointed to a random sign inside. We ended up going through the drive-thru where they threatened to cancel our order, which we had already paid for. They also told my boyfriend that it was his last time coming there and not to return to Little Caesar's again, even though it was our first time at that location. The general manager was the one who displayed this behavior, being extremely rude. This incident occurred on December 13, 2023 at 8:30pm.

Yesterday evening, the employee at the window was very impolite. He refused to give us our order, which we had already paid for, simply because we were not in a car. The restaurant's doors were locked, so we had to use the drive-through. When we asked for a refund, he refused and instructed us to contact corporate. It was a very disappointing experience.

THERE WAS A BUG ON MY PIZZA. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Staff is the most disgusting staff I have ever seen in my life. The people making the food were touching the pizza with their bare hands, and there was a BUG in my pizza when I got it. When I asked for a refund they DENIED at first until I had to call the police. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS ANY BUSINESS. THEY ARE THE WORST AND LEAST HYGENIC PIZZA PLACE IN TOWN.

Pizza is delicious but customer service is not that great and only selling 2 pizzas per customer? Really?
