I live practically with Elio Pizza on Fire! Not only is a family favorite, often 2 or 3 times a week, but I take my Italian students there all the time! Your experience begins when you come from your car and you can burn the wood and smell the smells of the small roads in Italy. Elio worked with my students on various projects. You will not be disappointed... injuring staff, incredible food (the Bruschetta, the Burata, the salads, rustic pizza, rucolina, and the Nutella Pizza all this and every item on the menu to die and go again and again. Buon appetito!!!!
I thought the food was delicious! Def authentic wood fire oven pizza. I had the Margherita pizza and it was on the spot! We also had the bruschetta sampler... the Rockefeller bruschetta was by far my fav! The server suggested a wonderful red wine that was perfectly paired with food. I think we're coming back here. Also it was child-friendly... we had our 17-month daughter with us and they were very accommodating.
Visit this place! It's phenomenal! We had to start the artichoke and arugula bruschetta, and it was amazing! A regular customer sitting next to us recommended the Rustica pizza, and he was on site! We enjoyed our meal with a bottle of red. Our bill? $41 that contain the wine! A pleasant, casual atmosphere. A friendly and efficient waiting staff. And the owner, Elio, you could talk for hours! So friendly and friendly. He wants you to love the food. And you will! It's located in a strip mall on Lake Street in Addison, but it's worth the ride wherever you live! Elio, please expand and come to Lombard!
Best salads around and great brick oven pizza only down side is they need a bigger place had to wait over an hour to get in. Was well worth the wait.
