Cinnabon - Addison

I went to this restaurant not for the Cinnabon, but to try a sandwich. I really love their pizza and calzones, and their sandwiches are fantastic as well. If the Cinnabon is as good as the lunch I had, you might enjoy it. However, based on other reviews I've seen, it seems they may not offer an authentic Cinnabon. It might be a better idea to visit a mall, where you're more likely to find the real thing.

I would rate this restaurant four stars because of their exceptional customer service! I've had two experiences with them: one was dining in, and the other was using the online drive-thru. The food was fresh and hot, although I have to say it wasn't quite as good as I remember from my college days, when they often forgot to bake the bread (but those memories are hard to top!). The restaurant is always clean and well-stocked with chips and Cinnabons. If you're looking for something quick and tasty, I highly recommend checking them out!

I arrived at 7:33 on a Sunday, only to be told, "Sorry, we are closed." What's going on here? The main entrance clearly states that the hours are from 10 AM to 9 PM.

This is a reliable sandwich chain, but I wouldn't say that their menu or the quality and taste of the food are better than what you find at Panera Bread. The sandwiches are nearly $10 each, but they're a good option if you're in a hurry. I recommend trying the Chicken Fiesta sandwich and the chicken avocado flatbread.

I find that every time I visit this location, the Cinnabons are either stale or completely out of stock. I hope you can work on improving your consistency!
