Belvedere - Addis Ababa

The best eating in the city . especially their ravioli with blue cheese...it only yum

Quality, quality, quality! pastas were wonderful and the meat dish was so delicious! homemade Italian comfort food!

I had lasagna, the food was okay .. in the middle of eating I had something like a bone or wood totally stuck on my throat.. I was chocking and had to scratch my throat some how to get it out.. I vomited... they they insisted and pretended like I am sick... not even an apology...accidents happen I understand but there reaction for me was the worst.

We had been recommended the Belvedere Restaurant and friends told us it was very good. Even with high expectations we were positively surprised! We found the service very pleasant, the food really good. The wine was good, the antipasto starter was interesting and very tasty! The pasta was cooked perfect and also very nice. But the best of all was the veal which was tender and sooo good! The restaurant even had Fernet Branca, which is not always the case in Addis! We concluded that this was one of our top food experiences in Addis!

Really the food that we eat was perfect all 5 different dishes every bite I was enjoying. Best food, best service with best environment best the restaurant.
