Jack's - Adamsville

Having served in the military, I am used to tough conditions and unfriendly people. If that's what you're looking for, then I can recommend this restaurant. Let's start with the restroom. It was so unpleasant that I would have preferred to use an open pit latrine in a pig farm in July. The rest of the restaurant was no better; the floors were sticky and dirty. I didn't even get to try the food because no one took our order after 5 minutes, so I ended up leaving. I have always had good experiences at Jack's, but unfortunately, this was not one of them. I wish there was an option to give a negative rating.

Whenever I go to this particular restaurant, I always receive poor service. I am a fan of Jack's food and have never had any issues at other locations. I have visited many of their establishments across Alabama. It is frustrating that as a drive-thru customer, I have to thoroughly check my order before driving 12 miles back home. I should not have to open my food there at the restaurant just to ensure everything is correct.
