The food isn't the same... The pizza sauce was made with a latin-type spice. It wasn't necessarily bad, but it just wasn't very good. Nothing spectacular. The worst part--after my family had finished up and I had eaten a few slices and the box was empty, I went to throw it out. I saw a dead baby cockroach attached to the bottom of the box. I know what a roach looks like...I was sick for the rest of the night. I can't order from here ever again.. I am afraid this place will go under new management again soon enough...what a bummer, I loved the old Tony's.
Great food and friendly service! A regular spot for us!
The selection in Adamstown is pretty much limited to Tony's, but that doesn't stop them from providing great service and decent food. We were in town for a soccer tournament and they were staffed and ready for it. Mario at the counter, was multi-tasking like a mad man, yet was extremely pleasant and kept us informed on the status of our order. The chicken ranch pizza was delicious, as was the Greek salad. Actually, one of the best Greek salads I have had since we moved to Maryland. There was room to dine in, but we carried out (short walk to the soccer field! , but the dining room and restroom looked clean for the crazy amount of foot traffic they had that day.
Pizza, subs. Everything is really good. The staff is extremely friendly to. I love the vintage look of there restaurant. I really don't have anything but positive things to say about this place. Sometimes I will even go on my break and walk over there to get food. It's really good. I'm telling all my friends.
Tony's has great pizzas at great prices. Everything he makes is fresh and seasoned to perfection. The garlic knots are amazing. Try the garlic knots!
