Hardee’s - Ad Dasmah

The staff was kind enough to serve to our car. Very polite and quick service.

The food quality, whether thier beef or chicken taste strange, and not like before, also the service become very slow. Hardee's management need to review their food and quality level so soon. In short, it was way better before.

I ordered fiery jalapeno chicken and got jalapeno with almost burnt chicken

App showed order is picked up...in 10minutes app showed delivered,...and then order arrives after half hour.. Food was cold and unfresh taste....very disappointed ....this is been 2nd time... Should seriously consider improving delivery...

DONT ORDER FROM THE HARDESS APP I didnt receive my order. Neither was it shown in my order history on the app. The amount was was deducted from my bank. didnt get my refund From that time 2 months back, I have been calling Hardee's 4 to 5 times and every time they told me that they would refer me to the responsible department, no one called me ever!!!! I HAVENT SEEN SUCH A POOR SERVICE IN MY LIFETIME!!!!!!!
