The food is hit or miss—about half the time it’s not what I ordered. For instance, I recently ordered a Pub Chicken Sandwich and was even asked what style of chicken I wanted, but I ended up with a hamburger instead. This Wendy's used to be fantastic, and I'm not sure what went wrong. It used to be my go-to lunch spot, but now if I chose to eat there, I’d spend my entire break waiting in line for the wrong order.
Unfortunately, the restaurant continues to struggle with order accuracy. They often get the food wrong and seem unable to understand mobile orders. Additionally, the level of respect towards customers is lacking; it feels like they treat every order carelessly. I've received incomplete orders, such as missing chicken nuggets, and the burgers are often messy and poorly assembled.
When ordering online, be cautious, as the restaurant does not take responsibility for their mistakes. The management seems uninformed on how to resolve issues and comes across as quite rude. They really need to show more compassion towards customer concerns and improve their training in customer service.
Day 6 and I'm still waiting for our rations. I don't know how much longer we can hold out. It's beginning to take forever to get our food. There is little hope left to get it. The men are getting weak. I fear we will never get our food. But honestly it took 40 mins to get our food and it was barely warm when we got it.
Went through the drive through the lady who took my card was very polite and had a mask on. Not a single other person did. The man who handed me my food didn't even have one on. I could see the cook didn't have one on. Absolutely gross my internal car camera was on and after realizing nobody had a mask I pointed it at the window to record. I have reported them to the health department. I will go to Culivers for my burger fix from now on.
