Waffle House - Acworth

Piper is a terrible waitress.We were the only people in there at first (no tables were cleaned so we had to clean our own), she took our order incorrectly, then took another table who sat down while we were ordering and took their order. She put our order in last so everyone got their food before us.We ordered two all stars and both orders came out wrong and at completely different times (like a 10 minute difference between me getting mine and my husband getting his). Then we had to get our waffles twice because they forgot to make them which took 25 minutes to get.Terrible service and so dirty. Like take an order, place the order quickly, then take another order, place it, etc. Don't take everyone's order at the same exact time then place all the orders at the same time its ridiculous.

Sat at the lower bar table where you have a full side view of the kitchen at 9am on a weekday. The floor was quite dirty and the grout was black in high traffic areas, 2 orders of bacon one came slightly burnt beyond crispy, the other was borderline undercooked. 1 of 3 orders of toast was burnt beyond consumption the waitress noticed it, but delivered it to the table anyway. The waitress was friendly, but let another waitress call 4 orders in front of her, then spent another 5 10m before calling ours refilling some other tables' drinks, responding to some messages on her phone, chatting with other staff. We were about to complain, but then she realized she hadn't call our order and finally did so. 3 of those other tables finished eating and left before we got our food frustrating. Also didn't start pricing out or check until we already had our left overs packed up and Togo cups handed out, which took another 5m of waiting before we could pay and leave.

3 stars because this is the only waffle house I found shells in my egg. Customer service and the atmosphere was great but shell in the eggs killed the whole experience. All 3 platters at that.

Pretty good breakfast and service at this location. Some not as good and a few are even better. I'll go

The coldest place ever. It would have been nice to have some heat with my meal.
