Taco Bell - Acworth

Our family loves our local Acworth Glade Road Taco Bell, but from recently every time we eat here, our order comes from the thru window drive wrong. They have tried to bribe people for good reviews on their surveys and try to spend free unwanted items instead of repairing our order with the items we have anticipated. Let's get some teamwork in my neighborhood Taco Bell for Christ's sake and don't offer any free stuff satisfied. We want our order with the right amount of food for the price we paid! Worst Taco Bell I 've ever been to. Will not be back. I 've dealt with having issues with my orders from this location many times in the past but continued to go because it 's walking distance from my apartment. No more. My fiance and I went to go through their drive-thru and were told to go inside to order because they were switching the money . Okay, fine, no big deal. He sits in the car while I go in. Instead of taking my order, I get told to put my order in on a kiosk. Still fine, whatever. Put in my order and sit down at a table to wait. I waited while other people came in, ordered, got their food, and left. I waited while they reopened the drive-thru and completely served SIX CARS. Sitting there for so long gave me a chance to observe how nasty and disorganized the restaurant was/is though--trash on the floor, food on the floor, soda machine out of syrup, sauces everywhere. When they finally they called my name, it was only to tell me that they were out of DLTs (aka Doritos Locos Tacos) and were replacing it with a regular taco--so a waste of money for paying extra with no refund. FINALLY I get our food 35 minutes later and are able to leave. When we opened our food though, it was a dumpster fire. They were apparently out of lids for the power bowls, so they smashed it and wrapped it with paper. There was mmaayybbee a teaspoon of cheese for the nacho fries--literally ran out of cheese after four fries. Convenience only stretches my patience so far. I will NEVER visit this so-called restaurant again. Corporate Taco Bell needs to step in and close this place.

Worsted place ever i ordem my food 12 minuto before i arrive by mobile when i get there they say drive through was no wprk some wrong with P.O. system i have to go inside. Wait to some to decide to feel like to work or get my ordem btw p.o. system fine no issue pull my ordem after i ask for my foode they decide to start make. A lady who walk in after me did ordem on tablet and her food come out before my. Also dont bother pay extra for a large drink they dont have large cup. Worsted place every if u r in hurry

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a taco party pack and got home saw it was all supreme. Brought them back and the lady got her manager who was rude and tried saying that I had said supreme when I told her I hadn 't she called me a liar and tried to say she 's the one who took my order. After all that I will never be coming back again

This Taco Bell location is great as I have been here many times, especially since the Mexican pizza came back. Staff here are friendly and fast, with my order is great, and they not only forget the sauce packages when picking up Drive-Thru, but often contain more than you requested by mobile order or questions. And always contain napkins and utensils. Happy to bring more business to this location!
