Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Acworth

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered the $6 box. Unfortunately, the person taking my order was quite slow, and there seemed to be a lot of chaos at the drive-thru window. The car in front of me had issues with their order, and a guy who had been waiting over 30 minutes for his food walked up to the window looking frustrated. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes and decided to leave without receiving my order. I was really disappointed, especially since this is a new Popeyes in the area and it currently has a 2-star rating. The manager appeared confused and wasn’t able to help. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! I visited this location tonight expecting GREAT customer service and this is the worst that I have ever been treated at an establishment. After waiting in the drive through for 5-10 minutes, I decided to go inside. As soon as I walked inside, I was told Oh I 'm about to lock the doors, you 're going to have to go outside and place your order in the drive-through line. Where do we do that at?! I rarely leave reviews for anything but this is just ridiculous. Almost 30 minutes to get thru the drive through. Cashier completely forgot to tell me an item was out. When I finally got home I spilled an item because instead of giving me a proper lid for my mashed potatoes I got an upside down drink lid that I didn?t know about. I thought I?d give them a second chance just for the benefit of the doubt. But both times I?ve gone it?s been a bad experience.

Despite the mixed reviews for this location, my experience was fantastic. The chicken sandwich was both crispy and juicy, while the red beans and rice were smoky and packed with flavor, perfectly meeting brand standards. Even the Coke machine was impressive; it served refreshing, bubbly drinks, and you could tell it was cleaned regularly. The atmosphere was immaculate—chill and peaceful. I had a delightful interaction with Nicole, who took my order swiftly and prepared it herself in just five minutes. My cashier, Elliot, was also attentive and helpful.

Hello! Normally, I don't write reviews without photos, but I felt compelled to share my experience. The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. The woman at the counter was friendly, but it took nearly 20 minutes for us to get our order, even though the restaurant was quite empty. I'm not sure why there was such a long wait; I felt like we were overlooked.
