Jimmy John's - Acworth

I can't believe how quickly we were served at this restaurant! Our sandwiches were ready before I even finished using the credit card machine—what an impressive turnaround. The staff was incredibly friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the food was just as delicious as always. I would definitely go out of my way to return to this place because the service was outstanding! This should be the benchmark for all Jimmy John's locations and really for any fast-casual restaurant!

I find myself ordering from here nearly every other day since my job keeps me from going during work hours. I won't go into detail about the food quality—it's Jimmy John's, so you know what to expect. However, the staff and service are truly outstanding. I once ordered food at midnight, and it arrived within just five minutes! I was amazed at how fast that was. I usually place the same order, so I think the team recognizes my order and starts preparing it as soon as they see the phone ring. I typically just give them my card number, and the entire call lasts about a minute. The staff are always friendly and fantastic!

This restaurant serves the freshest food I've ever had! The quality and freshness of the bread and vegetables are unmatched. The customer service is consistently excellent!

I have a gluten allergy and the staff was very sensitive and even offered to change gloves so there was no cross-contamination. Very good experience

Best sub I’ve had in awhile. I got a 1/2 capicola sub, it had so much meat on it I couldn’t finish it! Prices are a bit higher than Subway but the quality is so worth it! Staff was friendly and fast! Definitely will be going back.
