Food and drink were good, drive thru service was slow, rude and poor. Guy at the window was more interested in talking and flirting with the girl working with him than serving me at the window. Took him 5 mins to make an ice cap and get a donut as I waited at the window. Didn't even acknowledge me as he kept the conversation going with the girl behind him. Hopefully I can share as an absolute 0 stars. ( Apparently I have to do it at least one, but I would prefer it 0) Had only one experience tonight in Acton Tim Hortons with a lady who allegedly the manager had no idea what her name was kept, say it way too fast for me to hear and refused to write it for me. Who does the ride through and asked if she had caramel shots (doesn't they still advertise caramel ice caps in months) she somehow for peasant wrap? Doesn’t know how, but she then said “after 4:00” what Henke has to do with a caramel shot after 4:00? When that was asked, she went on to scream and argue through the drive by speaker. Then told me I was the one who was rude when she yelled at me. I asked if she could take my order and she said sure. When I went into the window, she started defending herself to hear the wrong one. I asked her to write down her name for me, and she went on to shout “No You can write it up that my name is ___” absolutely no idea what her name was asked to write her name down several times, and then she refused to serve me and slammed the window in my face. I will NOT return to this place. Would like to get in touch with the owner. If this is like a manager, they should not be a manager, let alone working in any kind of customer service facilities.
