If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I absolutely would. I genuinely believe that anyone who thinks the food here is good has never truly experienced authentic Mexican cuisine. I rarely dine here and have only tried one dish because the rest of the menu is quite underwhelming. When I called to place my usual order, the waitress seemed unfamiliar with the menu. It took ten minutes before anyone checked to see if I was there for a pickup, and then I had to wait another ten minutes to actually receive my order. To make matters worse, their card machine was out of service. I waited patiently while they tried to reboot the system, which took another ten minutes. When they finally attempted to process my payment again, I suggested that they offer a discount for the inconvenience, but the staff member outright refused. Given the poor customer service and mediocre food, this restaurant is not worth your time. There are certainly better dining options out there.

This restaurant offers the best albondigas soup you'll find anywhere! While many Mexican eateries feature it on their menus, most fall short of expectations. However, this place is truly outstanding—worth of a Michelin star, seriously! They also serve an excellent tampiquena, refreshing cold beers, and an amazing margarita!
