Gasthof Badl - Absam

We had just arrived from Germany and were not only greeted with a great warm welcome, but the food was amazingly fresh and made to order. The kids had a great spinach ravioli, I had the chicken fried in pumpkin seeds and other seasonings, and...my husband had the wienerschnietzel. The salads that came with our meals were amazing so fresh and the dressings very flavorful. Great service too. If you are driving past Innsbruck, you can stop off the highway here and won't be disappointed!

I stayed in the hotel here and ate in the restaurant the first night (actually, outside on the patio). It was outstanding: tasty food, beautiful presentation, and friendly service. The next night I looked for another restaurant, just to try something different, but couldn 't find...any that looked better or more original, so I ate at home again. Another terrific meal! This time a salad with roasted chanterelles and tasty surprises of various kinds under the mesclun. I am happy that the restaurant is now listed on Tripadvisor, along with the guesthouse.

Ich war mit meinem Sohn hier einen Abend essen, die Karte ist klein aber ausgesprochen fein, das Essen mehr als schmackhaft, der Service 1A und alles einfach nur rundrum top. Wir haben ein "simples" Cordon Bleu gegessen, das Fleisch war zart und saftig, die Fuellung nicht zu wenig und nicht zu viel, genau perfekt. Es war wirklich ein Genuss. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam ohne nervig zu sein, freundlich, hoeflich, zuvorkommend. So sollte es ueberall sein ! Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur waermstens empfehlen.

We liked everything about Gasthof Badl. The staff was wonderful, the restaurant was excellent, and our room was so very comfortable. What we disliked was that we had to leave.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura una notte, personale molto gentile, stanza davvero grande con letti molto comodi e bagno appena ristrutturato.Da provare! Noi torneremo!
