Good service and good food Kid-friendliness: Good for the kids

First off, we’re from out of town. We came to Fazolis because it’s a home town favorite. The food and service at first was amazing. Then, as we’re eating the managers come out with an employee and begin counseling him VERY LOUDLY behind our table… how wholly unprofessional and frankly embarrassing. The issues they were discussing were matters that should be discussed in PRIVATE and not to put this young man on display and humiliate him further. Truly disgusting behavior regardless of what the employee has done wrong. This young man was CRYING.

Good inexpensive Italian “fast food”. Quick and delicious.

Robert took our order and displayed an amazing attitude and great customer service. He was happy and excited to be speaking with us! We had just stopped after driving for multiple hours and it was refreshing to be met with such enthusiasm!

The food is pretty good for fast Italian. The service was friendly but we ask for more bread sticks that we didn 't get. The building is in need of renovation it 's just showing it 's age .
