Burger King - Aboite

Had an order for my family of 5 and I never have issues with this location unless it’s after 3pm. Tonight they gave me cold fries and hard nuggets for my children and forgot one of my meals. I go to call them to let them know they forgot one of my meals and they answered hung up fast and took the phone off the hook so I couldn’t call back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This happened 12/8/23 at around 6:35pm and I called them at 6:51pm

Bathroom was clean, store was clean. The customer service was satisfactory. It seemed as tho the man working the counter would've preferred to be doing anything other than helping us but he wasn't rude about it at least. And the food was impressive. The last few times I had been there, the food was either incorrect or burned yet cold with limp lettuce. Today the food was correct, fresh, well cooked.. much improved over my last visit.

Breakfast on most days. Soo good. Biscuits usually buttery and not dry as are those from McD’s. Love, love the tater tot hash browns. Yum.

Last night was Not very good. They were really busy so I expected it to be freash and good. My fish sandwich was old cold and hard. It was nasty and I gave it to the dog and ate a bowl of cereal. Apparently there is only two sandwiches that they can make decent. Disappointed
