A business lunch with colleagues. platz was not too crowded, but given the seating order they have. it seemed to be missing a private sphere. not too loud, but I can imagine that it disturbed me if I had come in the evening, if the place would have more diners for <br/ <br/ ordered the grilled salmon, and asked to do it well. it was simply perfect and tasted well with a bit lemon drizzle<br/ <br/ found it for the first time that we could replace the imported voss water with the local water supply, which costs 50% less and has a much lower carbon footprint. I would prefer to offer them the possibility of filtered water as standard, more likely then look fantasy with voss water, which is flown from the sky white where only to give this premium feeling into the restaurant
