Papa Johns Pizza - Abingdon

Sorry not accepted! ? papa john’s advertises a delicious pizza, but does not deliver on this promise. and if they complain that their pizza was not better than a cheap frozen pizza from a grocery store, everything they do is email them a prewritten apology. papa john’s has lost another customer due poor quality and poor customer service, from now on I will order all my pizza from pizza hut!

I placed the order on the line and did not receive my order. I called and the recording said my order was complete and delivery time would be 1 minute. 30 minutes later I called back and got the same shot. I then went through the call center and they connected me to the papa johns store on voluntary parkway Bristol,Tennessee. I spoke to Donna and she was very rude and could have done less to make my order lost. I know that the things were happening and my order was lost, but donna was saying that she was sorry, but there was nothing she could do, was terrible and hesitant. I will not order from papa john again!

Usually PJ knocks it out of the park for us but this particular location was disappointing. Ordered cheese bread and it hardly had any cheese on it and it tasted super dried out and old. We also did not get the sauce we ordered.

Third time I've come to pick up my order after the tracker saying it was done and when I get there they say it isn't ready. When I check the tracker again it says my order has been picked up.

Papa John's pizza in Abingdon Virginia was the best pizza I've had ordering over the phone was very well detailed an order was well taken, the pizza was so delicious and supper hot, an the center was even done ,very well prepared,was not stingy with any ingredients,, oh my ,,,,thumbs up,, my 2 time eating there,,,, domino's lost my business
