Kfc - Abilene

The food was fantastic! However, it would have been better if the staff hadn’t used profanity in both Spanish and English. Thankfully, there weren't any children present. On the plus side, the workers were very nice and friendly.

The original recipe chicken here is the best I've had in a long time!

I typically don’t write reviews for fast food restaurants because I find that quality can vary greatly, but this KFC really impressed me. When I visited the drive-thru, the staff member who took my order encouraged me to take my time with the menu, which was a pleasant surprise. The meal I had was the best KFC I’ve enjoyed in years. The chicken was hot and juicy, and the sides were equally satisfying. If I didn’t live in Tennessee, I would definitely make this place a regular stop.

My mother and I dined there on Father's Day. The staff were friendly and attentive, which was great. However, the chicken was dry and overcooked. I had the crispy chicken, which looked somewhat different from my mother’s dish and was also very dry and lacking flavor. Despite this, I tried to keep the visit enjoyable since my grandfather is no longer with us and my mother was feeling a bit down. I can't say the staff didn't do their best to address my concerns—they seemed genuinely helpful and kind.

My uncle and I visited this restaurant for lunch, and we both ordered the chicken pot. We found it to be absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient as well. We will definitely be returning!
