The food was very hot but the temperature inside was warmer (86) with a light breeze compared to outside. The staff was not very attentive, although the girl who took our order was friendly. The portion sizes were satisfying but the floors were quite dirty.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. The staff was consistently rude every time we visited. During our last visit, they handed me a melted ice cream spoon which spilled all over my lap and car. When I asked for napkins and explained the situation to the girl at the window, she made no apology and just closed the window. When I asked for a manager, I was told there was none. All three girls working had long fingernails and were not wearing gloves. I contacted HR but never heard back from the franchise owner. Save yourself the time and money, and avoid this place at all costs.

My children are happy with the ice cream and smoothie choices. If a 3 and 5 year old enjoy it, then I do too!

We bring my children every day for the last months, no problems. tonight at 9:58, as we were already finished our ice, we were told by a co-worker (we have never seen) that "they were already closed and we were not the result of being there". I add that some friends of the staff also hang in the lobby that remained inside when they locked the doors behind us. a lot of customer service tonight!
