Shakes N Cakes Great Northern Rd

I ordered from this restaurant for delivery and waited hours without any updates on the delay. I was unsure if my order would even arrive, as no one attempted to contact me. When it finally did arrive, it was cold and stale. Sadly, I do not recommend this restaurant.

I entered the restaurant and noticed that the staff were not wearing masks, despite signs on the door requiring them to do so. When I approached the counter to place my order, the guy working there was on the phone. After waiting for a minute or two, he finally finished his call and asked for my order. Just as I began to speak, the phone rang again and he answered it, taking an order over the phone before attending to me. It took several minutes before he hung up and took my order, showing no signs of apology or gratitude.

The ice at this restaurant is fantastic, I really enjoyed it.
