Having tried meals in five different hotels nearby, I can say that the dishes here are well-prepared and delicious. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the drink selection is also impressive.
The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, and the waitress is beautiful. The squid dish is delicious.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, and the kitchen works quickly to prepare it. The dishes are well-presented on the plates. However, the overall experience is marred by poor service - with young staff members who seem to lack proper training in prioritizing tasks. Despite requesting a menu, no one takes your order. The table is left dirty, and you aren't provided with water, glasses, or utensils. While the staff is friendly, it's clear that they need more experienced management. Additionally, the desserts are overly expensive. There are also minor errors, such as ordering Ginger Beer but receiving Ginger Ale instead.
Male server was rude (perhaps he had forgotten who's paying made a fuss of how I should have brought my card holder, didn't look at me when I was paying, never once came and asked if everything was okay). Service was slow too. The food looks good but don't jump the gun yet. Scallop was good but almost mistaken the steak for rubber; it was dry tough probably triple cooked and put into the microwave for extra safe measure. If not for the extra shrimps I ordered, the chips would have been the most palatable item on the plate.
Rude lady in check in desk at the restaurant. Just walked away. Replace her?
