Muffin Break - Aberdeen

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was acceptable, but the service was absolutely terrible. From the start, the waiter was incredibly rude; he seemed annoyed when we asked to look at the menu before ordering, responded in a harsh manner, and slammed our drinks down on the table. Overall, he was just unpleasant throughout our visit. While we were seated, he gave us dirty looks and didn't smile once. I can't tell if he was having a bad day or if this is his usual demeanor, but he seemed off with other customers as well. On the positive side, the other staff members were lovely. It's a shame that the waiter’s attitude ruined our experience, especially since we were nothing but polite. This made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, so we ended up leaving early. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be coming back.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed the coffee and the gluten-free muffins were excellent. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at the high tea. The selection of sandwiches and cakes was impressive, and there was more than enough for the two of us. The staff kindly offered to pack up what we couldn't finish for us to take home. Everyone was very friendly.

I always enjoy a bacon roll here in the mornings when I'm catching the bus from Aberdeen.

Two of us plus a Guide dog went in for coffee for the bipeds. We had coffee and an oat mocha, which were really good. The staff were super efficient, friendly and helpful. The whole place, tables and loo were very clean and tables cleared promptly. There was enough space around the table for the dog to flop and not be in the way.
