I left and went to Mc Donald's. A few days later gave it another try. Another long line. This time I got to go inside. I started my order but was told to hold on a minute. The girl left me waiting for too long, so I gave up and went to Taco Bell. I didn't want to go back any more but my wife wanted one of those orange cream frosty. After a short wait in the drive thru I was informed that they didn't have any at this time. We left and went to Dairy Cream. So sorry for your bottom line, but we will NEVER waste time at your Wendy's again.
Wendy's has been my favorite for burgers out of the major fast food companies but lately the drive thru is absolutely terrible. Since COVID the lobby area is always closed so the only option is the drive thru but 35 minutes for an indidual order seems a bit outrageous. But what does it matter, I am only one person and no business has ever closed because of one unhappy customer.I just want an explanation. Why does it take so long? I saw five people working.
Place was clean, staff was friendly and not short-handed, and food was good for a quick fast food meal. Much nicer people than the golden arch place. 5 stars for what it is a fast food
The last three times we've been here, our food has always been fresh. Like piping hot! Even our fries have been ? fresh! They've definitely picked up their game, and I applaud them for that!
This restaurant clearly ran out of American cheese and added shredded instead. Which isnt a bad idea, however. They didnt tell me. and as. a customer, i deserve to know what i am consuming. I tried to call and no answer. I would like a manager to respond appropriately.
