Waited first off for 10 minutes till someone was ready to order through drive through. Another car pulled up outside lane and they were giving their order while we still waited for our order to be taken. So I pulled around to cashier window and she was totally confused. Seems there is no proper training these days and no one knows what customer service means. McDonalds should hire me as a consultant to visit their locations and rate what they could and need to do yo be the McDonalds I once new . I used to look forward to eating out, I certainly do not anymore. It’s like someone threw the switch and everything and everyone is operating in clueless mode. Unless it’s an emergency and so need good now, don’t plan on me being a loyal customer

Out of toilet paper in woman's restroom, out of coffee, out of orange juice, this is 8am on a Monday. 2 separate orders, bacon egg mcgriddle and both orders were wrong. We didn't bother trying to fix it.
