Dunkin' - Aberdeen

Many reviews have mentioned the staff and their alleged slow service. When I visited, I noticed the employees seemed a bit unfocused at work. The long wait times were mainly due to customers taking their time to decide. Seriously, how difficult can it be to order a donut and a coffee? However, I really enjoyed my drink and muffin; they were just as delicious as I had hoped.

I want to give a huge shout-out to the young woman who was the only employee working at the time. She did an amazing job handling all the orders while dealing with a crowd of unhappy customers. It’s clear that it wasn’t her fault that there were no other staff present, but she stayed composed and professional, even in the face of rude comments and challenging behavior from those around the counter. Plus, she made my coffee just right! The owner really ought to consider giving her a raise for her hard work. She was a young African American woman and had a patch over one eye.
