Our server, Alma H., was exceptional. My husband and I came in for an early celebration of his birthday, which is coming up in 7 days. Alma served us very graciously throughout the time we were there. When we pointed out that we weren't pleased with one of the items in my husband's entreé, she immediately went to speak to the manager. We were given a modest reduction in the amount due for our meals. Overall, we had good food and a very pleasant time. One thing I particularly enjoyed and appreciated was having a thermal pitcher of coffee at our table and giving me the opportunity to have hot coffee continuously in my cup. It was a new feature for me. Parking: There are only two wheelchair accessible parking spaces, but one was open for us. ?Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible seating and parking available.
The last 3 or 4 times I ordered to go from the app, the wait staff has been super friendly and nice. Food is pretty damn good to
On 4/20/24 around 6 pm my daughter ordered door dash. Mind you this was after messing up my order not even a month earlier and tried to give them another shot.So she orders we get our food:1. My chicken fried steak dinner had mashed potatoes the size of 1 table spoon. Then the Mac n cheese had about 15 noodles flooded by cheese sauce that was gross like water .We paid extra to get Mac N Cheese so to get that portion size would have insulated a toddler. Not to mention the fried steaks temp was ice cold like it sat in the frig.2. My daughters 25 dollar steak was the size of a hockey puck and was overcooked and tough like one too. She had like 4 pieces of broccoli and the same amount of potatoes as me drenched in gravy to make them look bigger. Disgraceful!3. We ordered 2 side salads and only received one. We paid extra for that too. Are you kidding me???Then when we call Denny's the woman who answered was ruder than rude. Instead of trying to find out what was wrong she instantly got defensive and said she packed the order and nothing was wrong! We quickly realized they wouldn't do anything. No apologies, nothing. So we decided we had to call doordash and let them know. At least we got refunded for 1 meal when they both were worth almost 80$ for that SLOP?? NEVER AGAIN!!!
Took a very long time to be served and it wasn't that busy at all.
